The Brotherhood of Whipping Knights of Chantilly Cream
History
A certainty! Princes and princesses, distinguished guests received in Chantilly, all testify to a famous cream served with snacks in the large cottage of the Hamlet and at the famous Dairy. Thus the Baroness d'Oberkirch wrote, in praise of the famous Chantilly cream: "Never have I eaten such a good cream, so appetizing and so well prepared". Many of them praised its merits, from the Duke of Croy to the Emperor of Austria, via the King of Sweden or the daughters of Louis XV. From the eighteenth century, the Dairy and the Hamlet of the castle of Chantilly quickly enjoyed a great reputation not only in France, but throughout Europe. This story, the brotherhood of whipping knights wants to make it live, and it is for this reason that it was formed. Grades
- Squire: any person inducted by a knight during a ceremony (performance on estimate). Receives a diploma as a whipping squire. Gives your contact details to be registered and receive the newsletter
- Grand Écuyer: in return for an annual membership, receives the Grand Écuyer diploma and the Grand Écuyer kit.
- Knight: in return for an annual membership, any professional who wishes to join the brotherhood. Is inducted by a founding knight, receives the knight's diploma and the knight's kit All registered Knights of the Year will be inducted at an annual ceremony
- Paladin patron: contributes by his free membership and his action to support the brotherhood in its activities and missions of promotion of Chantilly cream
